END LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR 'RapidTyping' SOFTWARE

This is a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you (either an individual or a single entity) and RapidTyping Software. Please read this Agreement carefully before completing the installation of RapidTyping ("SOFTWARE").

1. LICENSE. RapidTyping is a free for personal, educational, charity, and commercial use, and donations are entirely optional. You are allowed to use and share this software for free.

2. NO WARRANTIES. The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The Software is provided with all faults and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort is with you.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. This software is provided "as-is," without any express or implied warranty. In no event shall the author be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.
