Freeware License Agreement


END LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR 'Rapid Typing' SOFTWARE


This is a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you (either an individual or a single entity) and RapidTyping Software.


1. LICENSE. 'Rapid Typing' is a freeware software application. You are allowed to use and share this software for free.


2. NO WARRANTIES. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. The software is provided with all faults and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort is with you.


3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. This software is provided "as-is," without any express or implied warranties. In no event shall the author be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.
