How can I use RapidTyping to teach students in the classroom?
Just unpack(portable version) or install(setup version) it on your local server, to the folder with access for your students, and the students will be able to run RapidTyping from their workstations. And you can control the student progress, in the real-time, using any RapidTyping account with Administrator property.
Should I pay for using RapidTyping program in the classroom?
No. RapidTyping program is completely free for personal and corporation using. Read RapidTyping license for detailed information.
Does this program work with Macs/Linux?
On current time, RapidTyping hasn't installer for Macs/Linux. But, it works with these systems with Windows emulator, for example, Parallel for Macs or similar and Wine for Linux or similar.
I can't find Farsi language Lessons for Advanced and Expert Level?
- Experienced and Advanced courses are available, on current time, only for following keyboards:
- Arabic
- Dutch
- English
- Finnish
- French
- German
- Greek
- Hungarian
- Russian
- Spanish
- Introduction and Beginner courses are available for all keyboards.
- If you have created the good course, in your language, you can send it to us, we will share it with other users
What is WPM, CPM, KPM, WPS, CPS, KPS speed rates?
- WPM stands for words per minute, which is the number of words that you can type for 1 minute. It is calculated as:
( Correct Words + Wrong Words ) / Total Time, sec / 60 sec - Analogically:
- CPM - characters per minute
- KPM - keystrokes per minute
- WPS - words per second
- CPS - characters per second
- KPS - keystrokes per second
